Refund & Returns Policy

At Laaities, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
• You provide proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
• Products with missing parts or accessories not due to our error.
• Gift cards (if applicable).

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@laaities.co.za.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

• A defective product.
• An incorrect item supplied.
• An error on the part of Laaities.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Laaities will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
